• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor(s) at the time of order. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout where required.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping timeframes and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We currently ship within the United States. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific shipping destination.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Because our products are consumable food items, all sales are generally final once shipped, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at zoomi@zoomibrands.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
• Order cancellations may be requested before an order ships by contacting us; we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment.

7. Wholesale Orders

• Wholesale purchases are subject to separate terms, minimum order quantities, and pricing communicated at the time of the wholesale inquiry or agreement.
• Submitting a wholesale inquiry does not guarantee approval; we reserve the right to accept or decline wholesale accounts at our discretion.
